G1FB-6.35 0.25", MONOCONDUCTOR 316L/825 ARMOR, 16 AWG TEC Cable

G1FB-6.35 is a single-conductor logging cable with outer diameter 6.35 mm, copper conductor, fluoroplastic insulation, seamless steel pipe armor, waterproof and sealed structure, high tensile strength and good rigidity. It is a general purpose, heavy duty, medium temperature, medium to deep well logging cable suitable for conventional oil & gas exploration and production logging.

    Applicable Well Types:

    1. Standard Cased Hole Logging Wells (Best Match)

Well conditions: Conventional casing wells (φ114 mm, φ127 mm, φ139.7 mm casing), well depth ≤ 6000 m, bottomhole temperature ≤ 150℃, pressure ≤ 100 MPa, stable well trajectory.

    2. Medium-Temperature Conventional Oil & Gas Vertical Wells / Low-Deviation Directional Wells)

Well conditions: Vertical wells, low deviation directional wells with inclination ≤ 45°, well depth ≤ 6000 m, bottomhole temperature ≤ 150℃, medium formation pressure, no severe corrosion.

    3. Production Logging & Dynamic Monitoring Wells

Well conditions: Cased production wells, water injection wells, gas injection wells, oil/gas production wells; used for flow profiling, water cut, pressure & temperature monitoring, casing inspection and cement bond logging.

    4. Conventional Open Hole Exploration & Evaluation Wells

Well conditions:Medium deep open hole wells, well depth ≤ 6000 m, temperature ≤ 150℃, pressure ≤ 100 MPa, conventional formation conditions with moderate friction and impact.

    5. Medium Temperature Hydrogeological & Geothermal Wells

Well conditions: Hydrogeological exploration wells, medium shallow geothermal wells, temperature ≤ 150℃, well depth ≤ 5000 m, formation water with medium salinity and mild corrosion.

    Strictly Inapplicable Scenarios

1.High deviation wells (> 60°) / long horizontal wells / high dogleg severity wells.

2.Ultra deep wells (> 7000 m). The design tensile capacity is insufficient for ultra‑deep well self‑weight and heavy tool loads, with high risk of cable breakage.

    3.High temperature wells (> 150℃).

4.Severe corrosive wells with high H₂S/CO₂ concentration. Standard steel pipe armor has limited resistance to sour gas corrosion, leading to rapid material deterioration and leakage.
