G1FF-6.35 0.25", MONOCONDUCTOR 316L/825 ARMOR, 16 AWG TEC Cable

G1FF-6.35 is a single-conductor logging cable with outer diameter 6.35 mm, copper conductor, fluoroplastic insulation, seamless steel pipe protection, waterproof and sealed, high tensile strength. It is a medium-size, rigid-protection, 200℃ high-temperature resistant, medium-to-deep depth dedicated logging cable.

    Applicable Well Types:

    1. Standard Cased Hole Logging Wells (Best Match)

    Well Condition Features: Conventional casing wells (such as φ114 mm, φ127 mm, φ139.7 mm casing), well depth ≤ 5500 m, bottomhole temperature ≤ 200℃, pressure ≤ 100 MPa.

    2. 200℃ Medium-High Temperature Oil & Gas Wells & Gas Wells (Matching Temperature Resistance + Corrosion Resistance)

    Well Condition Features: Vertical and low-deviation directional wells with inclination ≤ 45°, well depth ≤ 5500 m, bottomhole temperature up to 200℃, medium formation pressure, no severe corrosion.

    3. Production Logging & Dynamic Monitoring Wells

    Well Condition Features: Cased production wells, water injection wells, oil & gas production wells; used for flow rate, water cut, pressure, temperature, casing damage detection, and cement bond logging.

    4. Medium-Deep Open-Hole Exploration & Evaluation Wells

    Well Condition Features: Medium-deep open-hole wells, well depth ≤ 5500 m, temperature ≤ 200℃, pressure ≤ 100 MPa, moderate formation conditions.

    5. Medium-High Temperature Hydrogeological & Geothermal Monitoring Wells

    Well Condition Features: Hydrogeological exploration wells, medium-temperature geothermal wells, temperature ≤ 200℃, well depth ≤ 5000 m, some with high-salinity formation water.

    Strictly Inapplicable Scenarios

    1.High-deviation wells (> 60°) / long horizontal section wells / high dogleg severity wells.

    2.Ultra-deep wells (> 6000 m) 10 kN breaking strength is insufficient.

    3.Ultra-high temperature wells (> 200℃) Over-temperature causes fluoroplastic insulation aging, melting or failure, leading to insulation damage and short circuits.

    4.Severe corrosive wells with high H₂S/CO₂ concentration Standard steel pipe armor has limited resistance to sour gas corrosion, leading to rapid material deterioration and failure.
