G2FBB-11×11 18 AWG 2-Conductor Armored Logging Cable - China Suppliers & Factory with High Temp Resistance
Applicable Well Types
1 Cased Hole Short-Distance Logging & Monitoring Wells (Best Match)
Well conditions: Conventional cased wells (φ114 mm to φ139.7 mm casing), well depth ≤ 5500 m, bottomhole temperature ≤ 150℃. Used for internal wiring of downhole tools and short-distance signal transmission between sensors and the main control unit.
2 MWD/LWD Tool Internal Connection Wells
Well conditions: Medium-deep vertical wells and low-deviation directional wells (inclination ≤ 45°), well depth ≤ 5500 m, bottomhole temperature ≤ 150℃, with no severe vibration or torsion. Suitable for signal transmission inside measurement-while-drilling tools.
3 Production Logging Tool String Connection Wells
Well conditions: Cased production wells, water injection wells, and gas injection wells, well depth ≤ 5500 m, bottomhole temperature ≤ 150℃. Used for connecting multiple sensors (flow rate, pressure, temperature) in production logging tool strings.
4 Medium-Temperature Geothermal & Hydrogeological Monitoring Wells
Well conditions: Medium-shallow geothermal wells and hydrogeological exploration wells, well depth ≤ 4500 m, bottomhole temperature ≤ 150℃. Suitable for multi-parameter monitoring signal transmission in limited space.
5 Coalbed Methane & Mine Underground Detection Wells
Well conditions: Shallow coalbed methane wells (≤ 2000 m) and mine underground small-diameter detection wells, temperature ≤ 150℃, narrow space. Suitable for flat cable layout in limited tool space.
Strictly Inapplicable Scenarios
High-Deviation Wells (> 45°) / Long Horizontal Section Wells.
Ultra-Deep Wells (> 6000 m) — The 12 kN breaking strength is insufficient to bear the total tension of long-distance self-weight and tool load, leading to a high breakage risk.
High-Temperature Wells (> 150℃).
Severe Corrosive Wells with High H₂S/CO₂ Concentration.
Heavy-Duty Main Logging Cable Applications — It is designed for internal connection and short-distance transmission, not suitable for serving as the main cable for heavy instrument lowering.
