1. Conventional Oil & Gas Wells
Adaptable Well Types: Deep vertical wells (depth ≤ 5000m), medium-deviation directional wells (build-up section ≤ 60°), deep cased wells, deep open-hole wells, high-temperature exploration wells.
Typical Applications: High-temperature deep oil & gas exploration, production dynamic monitoring of high-temperature wells, deep open-hole logging, permanent downhole monitoring.
2. Unconventional Oil & Gas Wells
Adaptable Well Types: High-temperature shale gas long-radius horizontal wells (horizontal section ≤ 1000m), deep coalbed methane wells, high-temperature tight oil & gas wells.
Typical Applications: High-temperature shale gas horizontal well monitoring, deep CBM well monitoring, tight oil & gas dynamic monitoring, high-temperature zone fracturing effect evaluation.
3. Other Exploration & Engineering Wells
Adaptable Well Types: Medium-deep high-temperature geothermal wells (bottomhole temperature ≤ 300℃), deep hydrogeological wells, high-temperature engineering monitoring wells.
Typical Applications: High-temperature geothermal resource monitoring, deep hydrogeological detection, high-temperature downhole monitoring projects.
Strictly Inapplicable Scenarios
1.Ultra-deep wells (depth > 5000m): Exceeds mechanical bearing limit, high risk of breakage.
2.High-deviation wells (> 60°) / short-radius horizontal wells (build-up rate > 12°/100ft): Cannot adapt to sharp bending, easy to cause fiber damage.
3.Ultra-high temperature wells (> 300℃): Exceeds temperature resistance, leading to insulation failure and signal attenuation.
4.Severe corrosion environment with ultra-high H₂S/CO₂: Long-term severe corrosion may damage the structure.
5.Ultra-high pressure > 100MPa: Exceeds pressure rating, risk of seal failure.
