This is a flat rectangular fiber optic cable with 11×22 mm cross-section, rated at 150℃ and 70 kN breaking strength.It is designed for deep well logging and permanent monitoring, suitable for deep conventional oil & gas wells, deep horizontal shale gas wells, and deep engineering wells up to 8000 m. It is mainly used for DTS, DAS, DVS, high-speed data transmission, real-time monitoring, logging and downhole operation.

    Applicable Well Types

    1. Conventional Oil & Gas Wells

    Adaptable Well Types: Deep vertical wells (depth ≤ 8000m), medium-to-high deviation directional wells (≤ 65°), deep cased wells, deep open-hole wells, high-friction and high-abrasion deep wells.

    Typical Applications: Deep oil and gas exploration (≤8000m), deep well production dynamic monitoring, high-temperature deep well logging, high-friction deep well operation, permanent downhole monitoring.

    2. Unconventional Oil & Gas Wells

    Adaptable Well Types: Long-radius horizontal wells (horizontal section ≤ 2000m), deep shale gas wells (≤8000m), deep coalbed methane wells, deep tight oil & gas wells.

    Typical Applications: Deep shale gas horizontal well (≤8000m) fracturing monitoring, deep CBM well production monitoring, tight reservoir dynamic monitoring, permanent downhole monitoring.

    3. Other Exploration & Engineering Wells

    Adaptable Well Types: Medium-deep geothermal wells (≤ 150℃), deep hydrogeological wells (≤8000m), deep engineering monitoring wells, deep water injection wells, coal mine underground deep monitoring wells.

    Typical Applications: Medium-temperature geothermal resource monitoring, deep hydrological detection (≤8000m), deep well gas monitoring in coal mines, water injection profile monitoring, deep engineering well monitoring.

    Strictly Inapplicable Scenarios

    1.Wells deeper than 8000m: exceeds the mechanical safety margin, 70kN breaking strength cannot bear the total tension of cable weight + logging tool weight, high risk of breakage.

    2.Ultra-high temperature wells (> 150℃): causes insulation aging and performance failure, leading to signal attenuation.

    3.Short-radius horizontal wells and sharp dogleg wells: not suitable for extreme bending, easy to damage the armored structure and fiber core.

    4.Extremely severe H₂S/CO₂ corrosion environment without special anti-corrosion treatment: long-term corrosion will damage the cable structure and affect service life.

    5.Ultra-high pressure environment exceeding the rated pressure grade: may cause seal failure and structural damage.
