GX-W1-2B1-2A1a-GF-9.58 PI ( 0.377”), 9.58mm, 2 SM+2 MM Optical Fiber

This product contains 4 optical fibers (2B1 single-mode & 2A1a multi-mode), protected by a steel tube. Outside the steel tube is a fluoroplastic (GF) layer, with polyimide (PI) insulation, copper conductors, inner insulation layers, and double-layer steel wire armoring as the outermost protection. It is mainly used for DTS, DAS, DVS, high-speed data transmission, real-time monitoring, logging and downhole operation.

    Applicable Well Types

    1. Conventional Oil & Gas Wells

    Adaptable Well Types:  Ultra-deep vertical wells (depth ≤ 8000m), medium-to-high deviation directional wells (≤ 65°), ultra-deep cased wells, ultra-deep open-hole wells, high-friction and high-abrasion deep wells.

    Typical Applications: Ultra-deep oil and gas exploration, ultra-deep well production dynamic monitoring, high-temperature deep well logging, high-friction ultra-deep well operation, permanent downhole monitoring.

    2. Unconventional Oil & Gas Wells

    Adaptable Well Types: Extra-long radius horizontal wells (horizontal section ≤ 2500m), deep shale gas wells, deep coalbed methane wells, deep tight oil & gas wells, high-temperature unconventional wells.

    Typical Applications: Deep shale gas horizontal well fracturing monitoring, deep CBM well production monitoring, tight reservoir dynamic monitoring, high-temperature unconventional well monitoring.

    3. Other Exploration & Engineering Wells

    Adaptable Well Types: Medium-high temperature geothermal wells (≤ 200℃), ultra-deep hydrogeological wells, deep engineering monitoring wells, deep water injection wells, coal mine underground deep monitoring wells.

    Typical Applications: Medium-high temperature geothermal resource monitoring, ultra-deep hydrological detection, deep well gas monitoring in coal mines, water injection profile monitoring, deep engineering well monitoring.

    Strictly Inapplicable Scenarios

    1.Wells deeper than 8000m: exceeds the mechanical safety margin.

    2.Ultra-high temperature wells (> 200℃): causes insulation aging and performance failure.

    3.Short-radius horizontal wells and sharp dogleg wells: not suitable for extreme bending.

    4.Extremely severe H₂S/CO₂ corrosion environment without special anti-corrosion treatment.

    5.Ultra-high pressure environment exceeding the rated pressure grade.
