On January 26, 2024, Jiangsu Huaneng Cable Co., Ltd. held the Launching Conference of the ERP & MES Smart Transformation and Digital Upgrading Informatization Construction Project, marking a full-scale kickoff of the company’s journey toward lean digital management and intelligent manufacturing.
With over 50-year focus on wire and cable manufacturing, Huaneng Cable is a professional wire and cable manufacturer registered with the Jiangsu Administration for Industry and Commerce, as well as a national medium-sized enterprise, a national key high-tech enterprise and a Spark Program leading enterprise of Jiangsu Province. The company’s independently R&D technological products have replaced overseas imports, breaking the technical barrier that load-bearing logging cables for complex well conditions had to be imported from abroad. Its self-developed ultra-deep well, ultra-wideband and heavy-duty wireline logging cables have won the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Award of Jiangsu Province, and the manufacturing process of the product has been awarded the title of China’s Top Technology. The series of wireline logging cable products, boasting world-leading technical standards, are supplied to major enterprises such as CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC, capturing half of the domestic market share.
In recent years, with the deepening of marketization and increasingly fierce competition, Huaneng Cable has launched proactive deployment.
