WGSPFA-5.6 MONOCONDUCTOR ( 7/32" ) AWG 17 Wireline Logging Cable

The WGSPFA-5.6 is a high-performance high-temperature resistant wireline logging cable with an outer diameter of 5.6mm. It adopts a structure of PFA fluoroplastic insulation, featuring excellent high-temperature resistance with a continuous temperature rating of up to 260℃. Specifically designed for onshore high-temperature shallow to medium-deep wells and well operations involving weak corrosive media, this cable integrates superior high-temperature stability, good mechanical strength and reliable signal transmission, suitable for harsh downhole environments with high temperature and weak corrosion.

Core Applicable Well Types and Operation Scenarios

    1. High-Temperature Geothermal Wells and Deep Well Logging Operations

Applicable Conditions: Straight or directional wells with downhole temperatures of 120℃~260℃ and well depths of 1500~5000 meters; neutral or weakly acidic formation fluids, with no severe scaling, borehole constriction or strong corrosion.

Compatible Operations: Geothermal resource exploration, formation parameter measurement (temperature, pressure, resistivity) of deep formations, and high-temperature reservoir evaluation.

    2. Perforation and Coring Operations in Low-Sulfur Oil and Gas Wells

Applicable Conditions: Low-sulfur oil and gas wells with H₂S partial pressure ≤ 0.1 MPa and CO₂ partial pressure ≤ 0.3 MPa; well depths ≤ 5000 meters, moderate downhole friction, no extreme high-pressure conditions.

Compatible Operations: Signal transmission and depth control during perforation construction and coring operations in low-sulfur wells; meeting the power supply and load-bearing requirements of conventional logging instruments and equipment.

    3. Onshore High-Temperature Exploration Wells and Geological Monitoring

Applicable Conditions: Onshore high-temperature exploration wells, shale gas development wells, with stable formation temperature and pressure, and weak corrosive media; regular wellbore trajectories without high-curvature sections; well depths of 2000~5000 meters.

Compatible Operations: Initial evaluation of high-temperature formations, multi-parameter logging after drilling and completion, and geological dynamic monitoring.

    4. Routine Workover and Restart Operations in Shallow to Medium-Deep Wells

Applicable Conditions: Mature old wells with only slight scaling or minor borehole constriction; downhole temperatures ≤ 260℃, with weak corrosion (H₂S partial pressure ≤ 0.1 MPa, CO₂ partial pressure ≤ 0.3 MPa); workover operations focusing on basic detection, simple modifications and high-temperature environment logging.

Compatible Operations: Casing integrity testing of old high-temperature wells, auxiliary scraping operations for shallow wells, and basic logging verification before restart.
