FL-WGSF46-5.6 MONOCONDUCTOR ( 7/32" ), 316L Armor, AWG 17 Wireline Logging Cable
Core Applicable Well Types and Operation Scenarios
1. Conventional Oil/Chemical Wastewater Treatment Wells
Applicable Conditions: Downhole hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) concentration ≤ 15,000 ppm (1.5%), temperature ≤ 120℃, and no strong acid-base corrosion (pH 5-9);
Suitable Operations: Used for downhole signal transmission in conventional oil production, or pipeline monitoring in chemical wastewater treatment.
2. Medium-temperature Industrial Wastewater Treatment Wells
Applicable Conditions: Downhole temperature ≤ 120℃, hydrogen sulfide concentration ≤ 15,000 ppm, and no strong oxidizing media (e.g., high-concentration chlorine, ozone);
Suitable Operations: Used for sensor signal transmission or power supply to small pumps in textile and dyeing wastewater treatment.
3. Low-load Mine Wastewater Treatment Wells
Applicable Conditions: Downhole temperature ≤ 120℃, hydrogen sulfide concentration ≤ 15,000 ppm, and no strong corrosive media (e.g., high-concentration acids, alkalis);
Suitable Operations: Used for pipeline monitoring in mine wastewater treatment.
4. Shallow Geothermal Wells (Temperature ≤ 120℃)
Applicable Conditions: Downhole temperature ≤ 120℃, hydrogen sulfide concentration ≤ 15,000 ppm, and no strong corrosive media (e.g., high-concentration acids, alkalis);
Suitable Operations: Used for temperature and pressure monitoring in shallow geothermal wells.
Inapplicable Well Types (Scenarios to Avoid)
1. High-sulfur Well Types (H₂S concentration > 15,000 ppm).
2. High-temperature Well Types (Temperature > 120℃, Continuous 230℃).
3. Strongly Corrosive Well Types (High-concentration Acids/Bases, Strong Oxidizing Media).
4. High-load Well Types (High Tension, High Wear).
5. High-Pressure Well Testing and Heavy Oil Well Operations.
Key Notes
1. Limitations of Sulfur Resistance Rating: If the downhole hydrogen sulfide concentration exceeds 15,000 ppm, a cable with a higher sulfur resistance rating (e.g., ≥ 20,000 ppm) should be used.
2. Temperature Control: If the downhole temperature exceeds 120℃, shorten the cable's use time or replace it with a higher temperature-resistant cable (e.g., a cable with a temperature resistance of ≥ 150℃).
3. Corrosion Protection: If the downhole environment contains strong acids, alkalis, or strong oxidizing media, add an anti-corrosion layer outside the cable or replace it with a higher corrosion-resistant cable (e.g., a cable with 316L stainless steel armor).
