WGSF46-HS-5.6 MONOCONDUCTOR ( 7/32" ), High Strength , AWG 16 Wireline Logging Cable
Core Applicable Well Types and Operation Scenarios
1. High-Temperature Geothermal Wells and Ultra-Deep Well Logging Operations
Applicable Conditions: Straight or directional wells with downhole temperatures of 100℃~232℃ and well depths of 2,000~6,500 meters; neutral, weakly acidic or weakly alkaline formation fluids, with no severe scaling, borehole constriction or strong corrosion.
Compatible Operations: Geothermal resource exploration, parameter measurement (temperature, pressure, resistivity) of ultra-deep formations, and high-temperature reservoir evaluation; compatible with high-temperature logging tools (e.g., high-temperature sonic tools, neutron porosity tools) and standard logging winches.
2. Perforation and Coring Operations in Low-Medium Sulfur Oil and Gas Wells
Applicable Conditions: Low-medium sulfur oil and gas wells with H₂S partial pressure ≤ 0.2 MPa and CO₂ partial pressure ≤ 0.4 MPa; well depths ≤ 6,500 meters, with moderate downhole friction and no extreme high-pressure conditions; formation fluids with weak to medium corrosion.
Compatible Operations: Signal transmission and depth control during perforation construction and coring operations in low-medium sulfur wells.
3. Onshore High-Temperature Exploration Wells and Geological Monitoring
Applicable Conditions: Onshore high-temperature exploration wells, shale gas/coalbed methane development wells, with stable formation temperature and pressure, and weak to medium corrosive media.
Compatible Operations: Initial evaluation of high-temperature formations, multi-parameter logging after drilling and completion, and geological dynamic monitoring.
4. Routine Workover and Restart Operations in Medium-Deep Corrosive Wells
Applicable Conditions: Mature old wells with only slight scaling or minor borehole constriction; downhole temperatures ≤ 232℃ and weak to medium corrosion (H₂S partial pressure ≤ 0.2 MPa, CO₂ partial pressure ≤ 0.4 MPa).
Compatible Operations: Casing integrity testing of old corrosive wells, auxiliary scraping operations for shallow wells, and basic logging verification before restart.
Strictly Inapplicable Scenarios
1. Strong Corrosion Wells (H₂S partial pressure > 0.2 MPa or CO₂ partial pressure > 0.4 MPa).
2. Ultra-High Temperature Wells (continuous temperature > 260℃).
3. High-Curvature Horizontal Wells (curvature radius < 300m) and Wells with Severe Friction.
4. Offshore Oil and Gas Wells and High-Salt Spray Environments.
5. High-Pressure Well Testing and Heavy Oil Well Operations.
