Core Applicable Well Types
1. High-Temperature Geothermal Wells and Ultra-Deep Well Logging Operations
Applicable Conditions: Straight or directional wells with downhole temperatures of 100℃~232℃ and well depths of 3000~7000 meters.
Compatible Operations: Deep geothermal resource exploration, ultra-deep formation parameter measurement (temperature, pressure, resistivity) and high-temperature reservoir evaluation.
2. Perforation and Coring Operations in Low-Medium Sulfur Oil and Gas Wells
Applicable Conditions: Low-medium sulfur oil and gas wells with H₂S partial pressure ≤ 0.2 MPa and CO₂ partial pressure ≤ 0.4 MPa; well depths ≤ 7000 meters, moderate downhole friction, no extreme high-pressure conditions;
Compatible Operations: Signal transmission and depth control during deep perforation construction and coring operations in low-medium sulfur oil and gas wells.
3. Onshore High-Temperature Exploration Wells and Geological Monitoring
Applicable Conditions: Onshore high-temperature exploration wells, shale gas/coalbed methane development wells, with stable formation temperature and pressure, and weak to medium corrosive media; regular wellbore trajectories without high-curvature sections; well depths of 3500~7000 meters and high operation load.
Compatible Operations: Initial evaluation of high-temperature deep formations, multi-parameter logging after drilling and completion, and geological dynamic monitoring.
4. Routine Workover and Restart Operations in Medium-Deep Wells
Applicable Conditions: Mature old wells with only slight scaling or minor borehole constriction; downhole temperatures ≤ 232℃, with weak to medium corrosion (H₂S partial pressure ≤ 0.2 MPa, CO₂ partial pressure ≤ 0.4 MPa).
Compatible Operations: Deep casing integrity testing of corrosive old wells, auxiliary scraping operations of medium-deep wells, and basic logging verification before restart.
